SCDF & LFC Foundation’s Partnership Launch Event

On Friday 8th November 2024, we hosted our launch event for our partnership with the LFC Foundation at the Totally Wicked Stadium!

The partnership was officially announced on Granada Reports on Tuesday evening, before it was announced by the two Foundations on social media at 1pm on Wednesday afternoon.

Alongside our staff, St. Helens Women players Beri Salihi, Emily Rudge, Jodie Cunningham and Leah Burke attended the event. They were joined by members of the Liverpool FC Foundation, alongside footballers Ceri Holland and Rachael Laws.

The young girls had the opportunity to ask questions in a Q&A session at the Totally Wicked Stadium, as the staff got the chance to inspire some potential stars of the future.

In the Community Room, we also had lots of Rugby League activities going on, as the girls got put through their paces with some skill drills.
