It helps manage and maintain areas such as fitness, weight management, nutrition, mental health, and overall well-being within the community.
Building Foundations looks to help you:
- Understand barriers that you are facing when managing your mental health.
- Learn different ways of tackling these barriers that look to improve understanding of coping strategies.
- Improve your health and wellbeing.
- Build a happier, more resilient lifestyle.
Steve Leonard will host our men’s Building Foundations programme, with Phoebe Hook hosting the women’s sessions that will take place.
