Boots Christmas Appeal: Our Communities Support

Over December, our Boots Christmas Appeal has received incredible support from our Community

As we approach the festive period, here at the Saints Community Development Foundation we run our annual Boots Christmas Appeal as we aim to support our Community over the Christmas period.

Our Boots Appeal asks for donations from our Community, items such as Food, Selection Boxes & Toys, which are then redistributed back into the Community to ensure we can provide a magical Christmas to families across the town.

Donations from members of the Community across the town have been dropped off here at The Totally Wicked Stadium, along with plenty of businesses who have kindly supported the Boots Christmas Appeal.

Local knitting club Toast Knitting Club recently very kindly donated selection boxes to our appeal, which will help form our hampers and presents to be delivered to our Community. A massive thank you for their generosity.

Neighbouring store to The Totally Wicked Stadium, Tesco’s supported the appeal donating various selection boxes to the appeal. The SCDF would like to thank Tesco for their continued support with our annual Boots Christmas Appeal.

Smyths Toy Superstore for a third straight year kindly donated £1,000 worth of toys and gifts towards our Boots Christmas Appeal. For a third straight Christmas, Smyths have added a huge donation of toys which our mascot Boots helped pick out one evening at their St Helens store!

Saints Foundation would like to say a heartfelt thank you to Phil, Amanda, and their team at Smyths Toys St Helens for their continued support.

Another of our long standing continued supporters of our Boots Christmas Appeal, Kevin Donachie from Cleanhire UK, donated to the appeal with a large donation of toys towards the appeal.

The support of Kevin and Cleanhire is incredibly appreciated from everyone here at the SCDF.

Most recently, our furry mascot was out on the road visiting our local Home Bargains stores across the town, collecting donations from the stores.

Whilst collecting the donations made from customers and the stores themselves, Boots made sure to say hello to shoppers within the store!

A massive thank you to Home Bargains who continue to work alongside the Foundation in supporting and impacting our Community.

The support from all those within our Community allows us to have a larger impact within the Community this Christmas time, and ensure that families across the town are able to enjoy the festive period.

We would like to thank everyone who has donated to our appeal, without your support our aims of supporting our Community wouldn’t be possible.
